One of the best parts about living in New York is the abundance of incredible restaurants. While I love the art of cooking at home, getting out and dining with friends and family is a ceremony I equally adore. In celebration of peak outdoor dining season in the city, I’ve gathered a handful of my go-to spots – find a new favorite below and let me know on Instagram if there’s anywhere I missed!

  1. Crow’s Nest

  • Best ambience and environment for the kids to run around.

  • Duryea’s Lobster Deck

    • Incredible seafood and right on the water. Simply serene.

  • Mostrador @ Marram Hotel

    • Incredible food made from scratch every day.

  • Left Hand

    • Fresh pastries and coffee to start the day.

  • Joni’s Montauk

    • When you’re looking for a smoothie or acai bowl on a hot summer day… we’re here far too often.

  • CLIFF WALK

    • Some of the best beach views on the East Coast (especially beautiful at sunrise).

  • Round Swamp Farm

    • A favorite for prepared foods to stock the fridge for a long weekend - we always stop here for groceries on our way in.

  • John’s Drive In

    • When your late night ice cream craving hits. A staple!

  • Sel Rrose

    • If you love oysters…

  • Il Buco Al Mare

    • Beautiful seafood dishes prepared by the team behind one of my favorite restaurants in the city, Il Buco.
